In order to use the PBZ mobile banking, you need to have the Internet access on your mobile device, which should operate with one of the following systems:
• iOS: version 9.0 or higher
• Android: version 4.4 or higher.
The application does not support the OS Windows.

Yes, you can, but keep in mind that individual application features may not work.

You just need the recovery code, which allows you to set your banking profile quickly on every new device and recover all your registered functions, without repeating the whole registration process.

If you change the mobile phone number, you need to change the mobile phone data in a PBZ branch. If you change the provider/subscription scheme and the mobile phone number and the mobile phone model remain the same, you do not need to take any action.

Instead of your PIN in the PBZ mobile banking app, you can use your fingerprint or scan your face for login and authorisations.

If you enter wrong PIN three times in a row when accessing the mobile banking app or using #withKEY, your access will be blocked. In this case you have to request new registration codes (the identification and activation code) to be able to activate the mobile banking app. New registration codes may be obtained:
• in any branch of the Bank
• by accessing the PBZ Internet banking where you can independently generate new codes.
If you forget your PIN, please contact the PBZ branch in which you have opened your account to get a new PIN.

For security reasons, the fingerprint identification can be activated for one user only; the other users may log in by entering a PIN.

Yes, it is possible to register several users on a single mobile device.

– accept the contract and the Terms & Conditions for the new platform, which also includes the use of the new internet banking tools
