You can reactivate your PBZ mobile banking application on a new mobile phone without visiting your branch office – all you have to do is enter your User ID and recovery code and you can start using PBZ mobile banking application on your new device.

Install PBZ mobile banking application on a new mobile phone
Download the new PBZ mobile banking application from your mobile platform, App Store or Google Play. Select "Have you registered before?" on the pre-login screen of the app.
Enter your User ID and recovery code
You can find the User ID on your old mobile phone in PBZ mobile banking app Settings. Enter the User ID into the new device with the recovery code you have set up during your first activation of PBZ digital banking.
You are good to go
Shortly after entering the User ID and recovery code, you will receive an SMS message with an ID code (Android mobile phones load the code automatically). All you need to do is set the PIN number for the app (6 to 8 numerical characters) and you can start using PBZ mobile banking app on your new device.
